The Address Privacy Vault
Brands never see a creator's home address.
Addresses are encrypted at rest, masked in our dashboard, and released to our logistics partner only at the moment a shipment is dispatched. Creators can delete their address on request, subject to legal retention windows for tax and shipping records.
1. What we collect
From brands: work email, brand name, website, product category, campaign volume, billing details.
From creators:full name, Instagram handle, city, niche, shipping address, phone number (for logistics only), engagement metrics pulled from Instagram's public graph.
Automatically: IP address, device/browser, referring URL, UTM parameters, standard analytics events (page views, form events). No session recording, no third-party ad pixels on the marketing site.
2. How we use your data
To run your campaigns: match creators to briefs, ship products, collect content, pay GST, invoice you, and report ROI. We also send product updates and occasional newsletters — you can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
3. Who we share with
Our logistics partner (for address + shipment data only), our payment processors Razorpay and Stripe (for billing), and our analytics stack (Google Analytics 4, first-party only). We do not sell data. We do not share creator contact details with brands.
4. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your data, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@vireelu.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
5. Retention
Campaign data (briefs, content, ROI) is retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and contract-audit obligations. Marketing-only records are retained for 24 months after last activity, then deleted.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies (auth session, form anti-abuse) and first-party analytics cookies (GA4). No third-party advertising cookies.
