1. What Vireelu does
Vireelu is a product-seeding and managed influencer-marketing platform operated by Tryco Services Pvt Ltd. We match brands with creators, coordinate shipping, collect UGC, and report ROI. We are not an agency of record; we are a neutral facilitator between brand and creator.
2. Brand obligations
Brands agree to pay per-creator fees (listed on the pricing page) on confirmation of a campaign, plus applicable GST. Products shipped via our logistics partner must be deliverable, legal to ship, and compliant with Indian consumer regulations. Campaign briefs are binding once approved.
3. Creator obligations
Creators agree to post the content described in the campaign brief within the stated posting window. Non-delivery triggers our replacement guarantee: Vireelu matches a new creator at no extra cost to the brand.
4. Payment & refunds
Campaigns are paid in advance via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). GST-inclusive invoices are issued within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are issued only where we fail to deliver a campaign within 45 days of onboarding.
5. Intellectual property
Creators retain copyright in their content; brands receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence for paid-media and organic use on owned channels. Trademark or likeness rights beyond this require a separate agreement.
6. Liability & indemnity
Our aggregate liability is capped at the value of the campaign giving rise to the claim. We do not indemnify brands for third-party claims arising from brand-supplied products, trademarks, or claims.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
